About the event
Join us for a relaxing pre-holiday evening filled with good food, great conversation, and a chance to unwind with fellow Golden Moms.
Decompress with us as we start the evening with a "Breath Brake" with Sensei Lyne from Kids Kicking Cancer Canada- Heroes Circle, Ottawa program. Kids Kicking Cancer Canada Heroes Circle classes are held at the Ottawa Cancer Foundation's Hub and have graciously arranged for us to use the facilities for the evening.
Bring a dish to share and enjoy a night of connection and support.
